Both. The packages on our packages page are a starting point – most travellers end up changing the nights, the hotels or the route, and that is completely fine. Tell us your dates, group size and budget and we will build the plan around them. Custom planning costs you nothing extra.

It depends on your nationality and the route you take, and the rules do change. Tell us which country you hold a passport from and where you will cross from, and we will send you the current list before you book. Whatever the paperwork, carry a government photo ID with you for the whole trip – hotels and checkposts will ask for it.

Once the itinerary is agreed we hold your dates against an advance, and the balance is settled before departure. You can pay by QR, UPI, bank transfer, or cash at our Gorakhpur office – see the online payment page for the details. Every payment gets a receipt, and the cancellation terms are written into your confirmation before you pay anything.

Yes. Plenty of people plan their own trip and only need one piece of it – a hotel in Pokhara, a car from the border, an airport pickup. We book those individually at the same rates we use inside our packages.

That is a good part of what we do – family groups, temple groups, schools and office trips. For larger groups we arrange coaches, block-book rooms, and send a coordinator along so nobody spends their holiday counting heads. Share the rough number and dates and we will quote per person.
